Terms of Use for Lockbusters™

Welcome to lockbustersgame.com and Lockbusters™ experiences (“Website” and “Services”). By using our Website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.

1. Eligibility & Age Limits

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Participants must be physically and mentally able to complete the escape room experience safely.

2. Accessibility

Lockbusters™ is committed to providing an inclusive experience for all guests. Our venue is designed to meet applicable standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us prior to your visit so we can accommodate you to the best of our ability.

3. Health & Safety

You agree to:

• Follow all instructions from Lockbusters™ staff and wear appropriate attire.
• Inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities prior to your visit that could impact your participation.
• Lockbusters™ reserves the right to refuse participation if, in our judgment, it may jeopardize health or safety.

4. Bookings, Payments, Cancellations & No‑Show Policy

Bookings are made via Bookeo and payments are processed by Square.

Cancellations:

• Full refunds if canceled 48 hours before your scheduled game.
• Full refunds for party/event bookings if canceled at least 48 hours prior.

Rescheduling:

• Free rescheduling allowed up to 4 hours before your game, subject to availability.

No‑shows / Late arrivals:

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened and no refunds will be issued for missed time.

5. Cancellation by Us

Lockbusters™ may cancel or modify your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, staff availability). In such cases, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Assumption of Risk:

Escape rooms involve physical and mental challenges that may pose risks, including minor physical exertion or stress. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, including injury or damage.

Waiver:

You waive and release Lockbusters™, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation, regardless of cause. Lockbusters™ is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

• Follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines.
• Treat our staff, property, and other guests respectfully.
• Not remove, damage, or misuse props, equipment, or decor.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and game designs, is owned by Lockbusters™ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

9. User Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, or other content (including on social media), you grant Lockbusters™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing or promotional purposes.
